HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
But yesterday...wow...it was really windy. We had sustained winds of 40 mph with gusts of 60mph all day yesterday. We live in what I would consider the woods. And at one point when I was gazing out the window...I swear it was raining branches??? Honestly it was not fit for man or beast. So this morning I went out to observe the damage...well we lost a couple of very large branches...one right where my hubby parks his truck (good thing he was not home) and where is the trampoline??? Well, to say the least, we have a lot of branches to pick up and the tramoline has to be hauled to the landfill. But this is for another day. While the wind has died down greatly it is still bitter outside...and well we just don't get todays kind of temps here for an extended period, so I'll be saving these chores for another day in the near future.
The good news, since it was lousy out yesterday, I did design a new bracelet. I'll have it posted shortly.
And I thought it was windy at my house - wow! Just glad everyone was okay!

We're lucky to not have very heavy winds or showers here in NorCal! Hope nothing else got too badly destroyed!
