The Beginning of the End

School is finally out!! but it's bitter sweet. I'm SO done with the homework and carpooling and I'm looking forward to the beach and getting away, but time out of school means that the children will bring on the bickering. I've already addressed the arguing and "I'm bored" issue. We had 3 half days this week and the weather has been unseasonably wet so they have not had a whole lot of time outside. Mostly locked up in the house which doesn't help the situation any.

I didn't get to see my bench at all this week, due to school wrapping up. And now that the kids will be home for the summer, I'm not sure how much I'll get to work. I'll have to figure out some way to escape for a few hours a week. I have a couple of shows coming up and I've been steady sketching out designs, now I just have to put them to work.
