New Addition

Well, this past week was a total wash, as far as making jewelry goes...but it's all good. Instead, I spent the days getting to know Lucy.



We haven't had a dog in about 11 years, this was before we had kids. For a few years now, my daughter has been putting the full court press on us for a dog. Finally, we succumbed. On Tuesday, we adopted a dachshund. Lucy is about a year old, and just the sweetest little girl.





I'm looking forward to having her keep me company in the workshop.

    Awwww - look at that face! So sweet. As far as I know, dachshund have pretty much a mind of their own. Bet you are in for lots of excitement and laughter.

    Doxies are totally awesome, I have 2 mini's. I'm so happy you adopted her, she is adorable!!

    Congratulations to the Foxwell family!! My Shih Tzu Hodgie's best friend is a 15 year old dachsund. They were puppies together, both born in CA and now both here in VA. You are going to have so much fun with your new addition!
